Everything leaks, we were a week without a bathroom because of building work. Burglers love this house and try to get in even when its all locked up, they even got in once when we were down stairs. We were never told our burgler alarm code so cannot use it. Lanlord is very slow at responding to issues. One of the bedrooms should not be called a bedroom (so small) because a balcony takes up the space. Balcony is good. Good position for Tescos and Colegiate campus.
