Bug infested. Students have to buy in the exterminators with their own money. Small box room. Terrible service. Good area. Access to GCU. Good for socialising. I suggest you choose your flatmates though because you might get druggies/trouble makers. Value for money is terrible, and the price is going up for the next year. I strongly suggest you rent an actual flat that is not Student accommodation. (Better value for money). For the first 6 months, there are non stop parties, so if you intend on getting any sleep - think again. Not suitable for any student in the health career or medical career that need to get up at early hours to work long days (due to lack of sleep). Also for the first 6 months there are fire alarm malfunctions due to drunk students setting them off, therefore the alarm goes off at all hours of the day and night. When they go off you NEED to go down to the ground floor and wait in the cold for the fire brigade to go in and turn the alarm off. Not worth the hassle. It has got to the point where nobody goes down anymore, even if its a real fire. (just for a bit of sleep). Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website of this place, because they are wrong.
I do not know anyone that is staying in this place again next year. Who would want to?
You need to pay for GOOD internet, otherwise you get a very slow connection. And you pay extra a week for parking.
