The facilities are okay, but the management is terrible! At the moment, my flatmates and I are trapped with a thieving drug addict who blares music at all hours and has threatened me repeatedly. We can't afford to move-- apart from the drug addict, naturally-- and the management are either unwilling or unable to remove him, despite our letters and those from the university, and a police caution. We're not safe here thanks to him, and they do nothing. Cardiff is a great city and wonderful uni, but this 'student residence' is a nightmare! Avoid it like the plague.
