Good
Nice place to live. Safe place to park your car (but is expensive, £250 this year mind!). Always warm, good location from campus but there are sites that are nearer. Maintenance staff are brilliant! Friendly and quick to help you fix a problem. There is always one on site 24 hours a day.

Bad
The Internet is terrible!! It claims to be broadband speed but only occasionally. Currently it is at narrow band speed, it taken ages to load a 60 second Youtube video. Also it is capped internet so you can only download 3gb of data, not good if you stream on iPlayer or use Skype.
Post is kept in the reception, which is open 9-12, then 3- 7. This is more of a general rule of thumb. Most times i go down there it is closed. Staff training or most of the time there is no reason on the door why it is not open.
If you live facing OnQ pool club which is open 24 hours a day, expect nose even though there is double glazing. Music is played from the Cars mainly midnight till early morn. The men out there are always shouting to each other and doing hand brake turns with ther cars. Can get very annoying.
The phone reception on lower floors is variable(O2 is the worst, other networks seem ok). I am on one of the upper floors so the reception is great.
