Not really a good house....we were welcomed with a mouse in the kitchen on the first night..and then mouse poo all over the kitchen worktops when we came back from holidays. Mice coming up from cellar. There is a draft throughout the house. Spiderd damp in the bathroom. and silverfish (tiny glow in the dark creatures) coming through skirting boards.
