Positives: Great size rooms, perfect location close to uni. Kitchen/living room is all one huge room which is really social.

Negatives: the bathrooms really need re decorating and all the carpets are pretty old and gross. Some of the curtains are SO dusty which gave some of us quite bad allergy problems. Also the size of the rooms means that heating is quite expensive and get really cold. Basically everything's quite old and dated but adequate.

Landlord: generally okay at responding to problems, if you ask them to send a plumber or anything they will. They are pretty hard to get hold of if it's not 9-5 office hours though.
